Deepen Your Understanding of Faith Formation Through Catechesis of the Good Shepherd
The Catechesis of the Good Shepherd Level One Formation Course offers participants an opportunity to explore a Montessori-based approach to Catholic faith formation rooted in Scripture, liturgy, and the spiritual development of children.
This multi-session formation course is designed for catechists, educators, parish volunteers, parents, and anyone interested in learning how to accompany children in their relationship with Christ through the Catechesis of the Good Shepherd (CGS) method.

2027 Sessions
- March 12–13, 2027
- April 16–17, 2027
Participants should plan to attend all sessions as part of the complete Level One formation experience.

About Catechesis of the Good Shepherd
Catechesis of the Good Shepherd is a faith formation program inspired by the educational principles of Maria Montessori and centered on helping children encounter God through prayer, Scripture, liturgy, and hands-on learning experiences.
Level One Formation prepares adults to guide children in this method and supports a deeper understanding of the spiritual life of the child.
