FAITH FORMATION UPDATES
Catholic Community Scripture Study on Tuesdays: The Bible Study of Ephesians will NOT meet on Election Day, Tuesday November 8! We will meet the following Tuesday as we continue the walk through St. Paul’s beautiful letter to the Ephesians. This bible study is open to all, as we use the notes and references from the Ignatius Catholic Study Bible and many other sources. Come join the 30 or more people who gather 1-2:30 on Tuesdays.
Consoling the Heart of Jesus on Thursdays: We had to move the location to the St. John’s parish center meeting room; we couldn’t set up the audio-visual needs at St. Joseph in time for the classes to start! If you missed the first session, no worries, you can still join! Please contact Stacey Phelps if you plan to attend.
Catholicism 101 and RCIA on Wednesdays: On November 2 we will begin a two-part session on the Eucharost, looking deeply into Jesus’ own words in John Chapter 6. Then the following week, November 9, join Fr. Chas as he presents on the Eucharist! On November 16 our topic will be Mary, the Blessed Mother. The classes are open to anyone, but especially targeting our RCIA candidates and catechumens as they prepare for their Easter Vigil Sacraments.
