October is dedicated to the Holy Rosary, and our students have been growing in their faith through this beautiful prayer. Our kindergartners enjoyed making their own rosaries, while our entire school community came together to pray a Living Rosary. Throughout the month, classrooms have been learning about the Rosary, reflecting on the mysteries of Jesus’ life, and taking time to pray together. It has been a wonderful way to grow closer to Jesus through the intercession of our Blessed Mother, Mary, and to build a stronger school community rooted in prayer and faith!

We were blessed to welcome two first-class relics to our school: those of St. Carlo Acutis and Blessed Solanus Casey. Our students had the opportunity to view these sacred relics and learn more about what relics are, as well as the inspiring lives and witness of these two modern-day saints. This special experience offered our students a beautiful opportunity to deepen their Catholic faith, reflect on the call to holiness, and recognize that we are all called to become saints.

This month we welcomed grandparents and special loved ones for a wonderful Grandparents Day! It was a beautiful opportunity to celebrate the special bond between generations and the very important role grandparents play in nurturing not only the hearts and minds of our children, but also their faith. We are grateful for the grandparents who help pass on the gift of faith, share their love of Jesus, and serve as wonderful examples of living out our Catholic faith.

Student Mission: Today, may God give me the eyes to see His Truth, Beauty, and Goodness; the heart to love Him; and the will to become a saint.
