We prayed for our High School Graduates at our 5:00 p.m. Mass this SUNDAY, MAY 28, as they enter into the next stage of life’s journey. We then had a reception in their honor at the parish center. Fr. Brian toasted the graduates, and our Coordinator of Youth Ministry, Clare Kolenda, led a Q & A panel discussion with Fr. Chas and parishioners Matt Howe and Molly Gorczyca (both teachers at Northwest).
Lumen Christi’s Commencement Exercises were on Friday, May 26. A number of our parish families had high school graduates, and here are some of them with Fr. Chas (if you’re wondering about his cap, he’s wearing his licentiate biretta, which is worn only during academic functions).
