If you are the parent of an 8th grader that is planning to celebrate his/her Confirmation with St. John the Evangelist next year, WELCOME! There is a meeting scheduled for this Sunday, November 13, in the parish center at 3:00pm. You will be out in time for 5:00 Mass, too. Please complete the “Request for Confirmation” form here: Confirmation 2016-17 Request or you can complete a paper form at the meeting on Sunday.
Hopefully your candidate has chosen a sponsor, but if not that’s okay. However, we would recommend that they begin to seriously consider someone to help challenge them to grow in their relationship with Christ and that they ask that person to join them at the meeting on Sunday if possible.
We are looking forward to spending this year with you and your teen as they take the next step along their faith journey and we invite you to grow deeper in your faith as you walk with them, too.
