The Baptism preparation classes for April and May have been changed to the second Sunday of the month due to Easter day (April 1) and the celebration of First Communion (May 6). Our classes will return to the first Sunday on June 3. All classes are held in the church, immediately following the noon Mass.
As a reminder, it is required to attend a Baptism preparation class prior to having a first child Baptized or if it has 
been more than 3 years since a previous child was Baptized. While it is not necessary to register for the class, it is recommended to contact the parish office (517-784-0553 or angel@saintjohnjackson.org) for more information before attending.
While the classes are required for some, they are open to all – even if you aren’t involved a Baptism currently. Feel free to come and discuss this beautiful sacrament! We would love to have anyone that has a desire to either learn more about this gift or who would like to share some of their family experiences with Baptisms. Join us as we talk and pray about the difference Baptism makes in our lives and the lives of our children.
