St. John Parish Administrative Assistant/Communications Associate (FT or one FT/one PT or two PT positions):
We are looking for a mission-oriented team member(s) who is self-motivated and has a heart for reaching souls (FT or one FT/one PT or two PT positions); position(s) include clerical duties, answering phones, greeting/assisting visitors to office, scheduling of appointments and Masses, parishioner and sacramental records, ordering of supplies, coordination of funeral preparations, parish life assistance, communications (creation of event-specific graphic designs, communication outreach using various media, video-editing, and upkeep of parish website), etc.
(Please note: One person with all skills is not expected!)
Minimum of three years’ experience as a general secretary and/or communications experience, and practicing Catholic, active in a parish, preferred.
